Sometimes Love Means Letting Go

You saw the photo of "Cherry" and "Big Bob".  They spent Sunday afternoon in my kitchen sink with an assortment of "materials", like the strainer, spaghetti server, ice cream scoop, and tongs (Grandma said "no" to the lime squeezer).  The "materials" were used to handle the "crawbads" without actually touching them.  Aydan was extremely careful not to hurt them and voluntarily released his buddies back into the pond even though it made him sad.  

We talked about it.  He's good.
