Chocolate Sour Cream Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix moist and sugar; sift and add dry.* Kinda sticky.
Stir in nuts and chips.
Stir in nuts and chips.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
On the soft side; they don't flatten out completely til cool.
*You could forget the cocoa, like I did, and mix it in last, but I don't recommend it!
